DIRECTIONS
- Take 2-3 capsules each time, 2-3 times per day or as directed by physician or nutritionist. (daily dosage : 4-8 capsules).
- First time users : 2 capsules daily for 3-4 days before increasing to 4 capsules daily.
- Athletes : Take 6-8 capsules daily during intense training & competition periods.
- People with intense orthopaedic pain or recovering from injuries : Take 6-8 capsules daily for 1-2 months. Then reduce to 4 capsules per day.
- For the best results, take the capsules with warm water 20 minutes after meals and refrain from caffeine drinks 20 minutes before & after taking the capsules.
- This product is not recommended for children below 12 years old.
- If suffering from insomnia, do not take the capsules at night.
- Do not take after sunbathing , when having cold/flu symptoms or feeling ‘heaty’ (typically with symptoms such as phlegm, nosebleed, dark urine and dry/sore throat).
- Consult a physician before taking if pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from extremely high blood pressure or taking medication.
- Astaxanthin may cause a harmless side effect of orange coloured stools and urine.
